First map editor is the Remere map editor ,
it is a more developed map editor and better than the SimOne and you can downbload it Here have fun with it,
Second map editor is the SimOne map editor and it is not that good but I think it is used for detailing more than Rme and you can download it here,
And I seriously recommend the RME map editor and have fun with them both,
